Dog Ear Health Owner Pilot Group Registration

What is the pilot? We are looking for 25 UK dogs who keep getting ear problems. If your dog is selected, we will post you our Otocare Ozone Ear Drops free of charge. In return, we ask for one photo and four quick scores each week, so we can see how things change.

Photo tips: use daylight or a bright room, no flash. Gently lift the ear flap and photograph the inside of the ear and the opening, as close as your phone will focus. Please send each affected ear. These are your "before" photos, so they do not need to be pretty.

What taking part involves

If your dog is selected, we will post the ear drops to you free of charge. You will use them as directed and send us one photo of the ear and four quick scores each week (it takes about two minutes). Your dog stays under your vet's care throughout.

This is a user pilot run by Ozone Animal Health to gather owners' experiences of our ear drops. It is not a substitute for veterinary care. Places are limited to 25 dogs and are offered at our discretion, so applying does not guarantee a place. The product is provided free of charge in return for weekly feedback; you are not paid to take part. If you stop sending updates, we may end your place in the pilot.

Photos and story: by taking part, you agree that Ozone Animal Health may use the photos and information you send us during the pilot, including your dog's first name, breed and progress, on its website, social media, press, advertising and educational material for vets and owners. We will never publish your surname, full address or contact details. You can ask us to stop using your dog's photos and story in new material at any time by emailing info@ozonevetservices.co.uk. Material already published or printed may not be possible to withdraw.

I will keep following my vet's advice, will not stop any prescribed treatment without talking to my vet, and will let my vet know my dog is using the ear drops.

Stop if worse*

If my dog's ears get worse or my dog seems uncomfortable, I will stop using the ear drops, contact my vet and let Ozone Animal Health know.
